Our Affirmation of Faith
We believe in God the creator of us all, whose desire for
diversity is seen in the rainbow of humanity. With unrelenting
passion God Seeks to be in relationship with all of us.
We believe in Jesus the Christ, who is the embodiment of
God’s redeeming grace; And in the Holy Spirit through whom
that grace continues its restoring work.
We believe in the Church. It is the body of Christ on the earth
today. As ministers of this church, we are all called like Jesus,
to heal, to deliver, to teach, and to serve.
We believe that together we can change the world,
in our time and for all time Amen!

Affirmation Chorus: In This Place
In this place, There’s joy that I can’t explain
In this place, There’s healing for all my pain
There is love unlike I’ve ever known
Everybody here makes me feel at home
As we gather here, I know I’m not alone
I feel God’s presence, Moving in this place.

SING
Now is the time for all people
from every land to come together
Now is the moment for worship
We enter in withholding nothing
He’s worthy exalted
he’s high and lifted up
Sing sing unto the Lord
Open up your hearts
Make a joyful noise
in the sanctuary
Sing sing unto the Lord
Lavish Him with love let the praises ring in the sanctuary – Sing!
Gotta open up your mouth and give Him praise
Open up your heart and give him praise
Lift up holy hands unashamed in the sanctuary.
Gotta open up your mouth and give Him praise
Open up your heart and give him praise
Lift up holy hands unashamed

THE WONDROUS CROSS
1ST VERSE: When I survey the wondrous cross
On which the Prince of Glory died
My richest gain I count but loss
And pour contempt on all my pride
2ND VERSE See from his head, his hands, his feet
Sorrow and love flow mingled down
Did ever such love and sorrow meet
Or thorns compose so rich a crown
CHORUS O the wonderful cross, O the wonderful cross
Bids me come and die and find that I may truly live
O the wonderful cross, O the wonderful cross
All who gather here by grace draw near and bless Your name
3RD VERSE Were the whole realm of nature mine
That were an offering far too small
Love so amazing, so divine
Demands my soul, my life, my all
REPEAT CHORUS REPEAT 3RD VERSE AND CHORUS
WHEN I SURVEY THE WONDROUS CROSS
ON WHICH THE PRINCE OF GLORY DIED

ONCE AND FOR ALL
God I give You all I can today,
These scattered ashes that I hid away I lay it all, at Your feet
From the corners of my deepest shame,
The empty places where I’ve worn Your name.
Show me the love I say I believe
Oh Help me to lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Oh let this be where I die, My lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall,
Once and for all, once and for all
There is victory in my Saviors loss,
And In the crimson flowing from the cross,
Pour over me, pour over me yes
Oh let this be where I die, My lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall,
Once and for all, once and for all
Oh Lord I lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Help me to lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Oh let this be where I die, My Lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall,
Once and for all, Once and for all,
Once and for all, Once and for all
ACAPELLA Oh let this be where I die,
My Lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall,
Once and for all, Once and for all

Today’s Scripture
Peace I leave with you; my peace
I give to you. I do not give to you
as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be
troubled and do not be afraid. JOHN 14:27
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and
peace as you trust in him, so that you may
overflow with hope by the power of the Holy
Spirit. ROMANS 15:13
We are troubled on every side, yet not
distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair,
persecuted but not forsaken; cast down but not
destroyed; always bearing about in our body the
dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus
might be made manifest in our body.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:8-18
And the peace of God which transcends all
understanding will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4:7
