We worship You! Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
We worship You for who You are
We worship You! Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
We worship You for who You are. You are good!
You are good all the time, all the time You are good
DO IT AGAIN
Randy: Walking around these walls
I thought by now they’d fall. But You have never failed me yet
Tammy: Waiting for change to come
Knowing the battle’s won. For You have never failed me yet
Chorus: Your promise still stands, Great is Your faithfulness, your faithfulness
I’m still in Your hands, This is my confidence, You’ve never failed me yet
(Randy) Never failed me yet
Verse: I know the night won’t last, Your Word will come to pass
My heart will sing Your praise again, God, You are still enough
Keeping me in Your love, My heart will sing Your praise again (Chorus 2x)
Bridge I’ve seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, I’ve seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, I’ve seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again, I’ll see You do it again OOHHHHH (pause)
(Chorus 2x)
Outro: Oh, You’ve never failed me yet, And I never will forget
You’ve never failed me yet, And I never will forget
YOU SAY
Verse: I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I’m not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low?
Remind me once again just who I am because I need to know
Chorus: You say I am loved when I can’t feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And You say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don’t belong, oh You say I am Yours
And I believe, oh I believe. What You say of me. I believe
Verse: The only thing that matters now is everything You think of me
In You I find my worth, in You I find my identity, o-ooh (chorus)
Verse: Taking all I have and now I’m laying it at Your feet
You have every failure God, and You’ll have every victory, o-ooh (Chorus)
Oh I believe. Yes I believe. What You say of me. Oh I believe
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:
So, my friends, this is something like what has taken place with you. When
Christ died he took that entire rule-dominated way of life down with him
and left it in the tomb, leaving you free to “marry” a resurrection life and
bear “offspring” of faith for God. For as long as we lived that old way of
life, doing whatever we felt we could get away with, sin was calling most
of the shots as the old law code hemmed us in. And this made us all the
more rebellious. In the end, all we had to show for it was miscarriages
and stillbirths. But now that we’re no longer shackled to that domineering
mate of sin, and out from under all those oppressive regulations and fine
print, we’re free to live a new life in the freedom of God. ROMANS 7:4-6
So we do not lose heart. Even though our outer nature is wasting away,
our inner nature is being renewed day by day. For this slight momentary
affliction is preparing us for an eternal weight of glory beyond all measure,
because we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for
what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:16-18
Let us leave behind the elementary teaching about Christ and go
forward to adult understanding. Let us not lay over and over again the
foundation truths—repentance from the deeds which led to death,
believing in God, baptism and laying-on of hands, belief in the life to
come and the final judgment. No, if God allows, let us go on.
