Our Affirmation of Faith
We believe in God the creator of us all, whose desire for
diversity is seen in the rainbow of humanity. With unrelenting
passion God Seeks to be in relationship with all of us.
We believe in Jesus the Christ, who is the embodiment of
God’s redeeming grace; And in the Holy Spirit through whom
that grace continues its restoring work.
We believe in the Church. It is the body of Christ on the earth
today. As ministers of this church, we are all called like Jesus,
to heal, to deliver, to teach, and to serve.
We believe that together we can change the world,
in our time and for all time Amen!
Affirmation Chorus: In This Place
In this place, There’s joy that I can’t explain
In this place, There’s healing for all my pain
There is love unlike I’ve ever known
Everybody here makes me feel at home
As we gather here, I know I’m not alone
I feel God’s presence, Moving in this place..
INDESCRIBABLE
From the highest of heights to the depths of the sea. Creation’s revealing
Your majesty. From the colors of fall to the fragrance of spring
Every creature unique in the song that it sings. All exclaiming:
Chorus: Indescribable, uncontainable, You placed the stars in the sky
and You know them by name. You are amazing God…
All powerful, untamable, Awestruck we fall to our knees
as we humbly proclaim: You are amazing God
Who has told every living thing how it should grow. Or seen heavenly
storehouses laden with snow. Who imagined the sun and gives source
to it’s light, Yet conceals it to bring us the coolness of night. None can
fathom: (Chorus) You are amazing God… (Chorus)
(Indescribable, uncontainable, You placed the stars in the sky and
You know them by name. You are amazing God… Incomparable,
unchangeable, You see the depths of my heart and You love me
the same, You are amazing God… You are amazing God) Repeat( )

ONCE AND FOR ALL
God I give You all I can today, These scattered ashes that I hid away
I lay it all, at Your feet
From the corners of my deepest shame, The empty places where I’ve worn
Your name. Show me the love I say I believe
Oh Help me to lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Oh let this be where I die, My lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall, Once and for all, once and for all
There is victory in my Saviors loss,
And In the crimson flowing from the cross, Pour over me, pour over me yes
Oh let this be where I die, My lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall, Once and for all, once and for all
Oh Lord I lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Help me to lay it down, Oh Lord I lay it down
Oh let this be where I die, My Lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall,
Once and for all, Once and for all, Once and for all, Once and for all
ACAPELLA Oh let this be where I die, My Lord with thee crucified
Be lifted high as my Kingdom’s fall, Once and for all, Once and for all

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your
presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my
bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the
dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand
will guide me, Your right hand will hold me fast. ISAIAH 49:15
So Jesus explained himself at length. “I’m telling you this straight.
The Son can’t independently do a thing, only what he sees the
Father doing. What the Father does, the Son does. The Father
loves the Son and includes him in everything he is doing..
JOHN 5:19-20
If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well.
From now on, you do know him. You’ve even seen him!”
Philip said, “Master, show us the Father; then we’ll be content.”
“You’ve been with me all this time, Philip, and you still don’t
understand? To see me is to see the Father. So how can you ask,
‘Where is the Father?’ Don’t you believe that I am in the Father
and the Father is in me? The words that I speak to you aren’t
mere words. I don’t just make them up on my own. The Father
who resides in me crafts each word into a divine act. Believe
me: I am in my Father and my Father is in me.” JOHN 14:7-11
